Horrible customers service

I bought school uniform online. I opted to fetch my purchaise at the store at Fleurhof. The two ladues serving us on the 11th Of Jan were slow despite long quess they could not care about customers. My frustration came when they could not find my order despite providing with a slip i.e. pop. The same day i followed up my query with an emai anf ttached the slip!! Stil no response. I callled them a spoke to Melecia....she was rude over the call. She promised to follow up the query and call me back. She dint. I phoned again spoke to Thembi who promised she will follow up and call me back wkth a resolution, she never did. I am asking myself if they are expecting me to forget about the money i Spent on buying uniform for my child???? . Needles to say there is also unbucks i have paid but the is no interest from the company to lacate my purchase!!! This is disheartening. I still want my order and my unibucks!!! This money i worked for i did not pick it up from the dumpster!!!
