Bad customer service

I went to purchase uniform at their Spark School outlet in Soweto. The sales lady charged me for a jersey I did not ask for, 5mins after realizing this, I went back to the store to advise of this and she said that a refund would be processed and took my banking details. This was on the 20th of May and I am still waiting for a refund. I've emailed *** multiple times and they do not respond, when you reach their telephone number a consultant advises that they will call you back but they never do.

I'm so disappointed
