Extremely bad

I spent the night at Rudman townhouses at the cost of R850 I unfortunately had a nose bleed and ended up messing on the bed sheets I then received a call the following day after checking out and was told to pay R500 for messing on the sheets which I had no problem paying but asked if I could see where it states I need to pay, the owner said that there is no policy that states that he went as far as insulting me saying I'm not human when I was being nothing but respectfull towards him he was very rude and unprofessional he has no way of talking to customers in a respectful manner or dealing with situations like this. This just came across as exploiting customers I wouldn't recommend anyone using their facilities
