Deposit not paid.

This post is a complaint againts Rudolf Keudel Schaffer from Rudik Architects and Engineers. I recieved a quote from Rudik (Rudolf) for drawings to be done for a swiming pool at my home. I paid the deposit and Rudolf just never took any of my calls or answered any of my messages after that. I eventually requested my money back and surprisingly he answered that one message and agreed. No comunication has been recieved from him after that and i have had to come to terms with the fact that he will probably never refund me. Based on a few Google reviews it seems this isn't the first time he has done this. I will update this post if I do recieve my money back.
