I wish to advise customers and companies not to deal or do business with Rudi Scharneck of Scharneck construction . Rudi de***** me out of R16000. I had to open a ***** case against him and thusfar his still avoiding me .....his a con man and should not be trusted ....-all future customers and companies are warned to avoid dealing with him .
