Bad Customer Service

Rudcon Construction completed roof repair to my home. Within 6 months of the repair, there was a leak. I contacted Rudi Du Plessis and told him about it. I sent pictures as he kept insisting it was on the side of the house that I had previously added an extension to. I re-iterated that it was not, and that it was on the opposite side on the original part of the house. If he could come to site he would see exactly where the leak was and which side of the house it was affecting. Despite my multiple calls and messages, and despite their 3 year guarantee on workmanship & materials, to date no one from Rudcon has come to site to inspect the leak and repair. I have had to litigate the matter
