Rudamans Nelspruit Wanting the sale but does not deliver after payment!

We viewed ATVs at Rudamans Nelspruit in January 2023 and decided on purchases. I have asked about the stock available and it was confirmed. This was for two ATVs and one double ATV Venter trailer. Contracts for HP were completed and arranged for pick-up of purchase on 24 February 2023. Living in Mozambique, it is extremely important to arrange border crossings at stipulated times. This was agreed on by Pieter Uys (Rudamans Salesperson) only to be told on this day that the trailer might possibly not be able to be delivered as registration is still pending. This turned out to be a LIE as the trailer was to be custom-built and was not yet ordered. I engaged with Robin Flores (GM), ***, on this same day and I insisted on a solution as we needed to return to Mozambique. We borrowed an old trailer from Rudamans until our trailer was ready. Follow-up on 20 March as we had to travel to Nelspruit again. Venter (manufacturers) confirmed that the order was only placed by Rudamans on 8 March 2023. Attempted to arrange for servicing of the ATVs on 21 March. Pieter doesn't read or reply to WhatsApp or phone calls. Messages were forwarded to Robin Flores and he sent a photo of a golf course (was a public holiday in RSA). On 23 March, Robin promised that the trailer would be ready in the first week of April. At this point, I was informed that Venter had built the wrong specifications in the trailer (single). On 26 April, I contacted Robin again and he promised that he would arrange delivery of the trailer within two weeks. On 9 May, I have still not heard from him so I followed up again. AGAIN he informed me that it would still be 2-3 weeks before delivery. On 23 May, I requested feedback again and he is now ignoring my messages.
