Generator

Service non-existent. I handed my 16kVA generator in ti Rudamans on 11 March 2022 for repairs. Got back a quote for +- R9000. We gave the go-ahead. We then struggled until November 2022 to receive feedback confirming that the generator was finished and ready for collection. We paid the amount due and the generator was delivered to us. We started the generator. It worked for less than 5 minutes then the brushes in the armature came loose. We sent it back. After many calls and more empty promises they told me the crankshaft on the engine was broken. They gave me another quote for +- R15000 and again we gave thw go ahead. But to no surprise we waited again to no avail. On Friday the 14th of April 2023 we collected the generator, paid the amount in full according to company policy before delivery. Today on 16 April we started the generator for the first time. The engine is running but the electrical plugs is not working and there is a zinging noise on the armature.

Once again I have to fight for service WHICH I PAID FOR. Waited for 13 months going on 14 monts in a few weeks... And still no ****ING service. No generator working..
