Close down Ruciyana

I visited Ruciyana restaurant in umhlanga yesterday the 13dec 2021 to have a meal however to my discovery this was thee worst restaurant i have ever visited,waiter does not speak or understand English, tryin to communicate during a language barrier was extremely difficult, after my meal i then call the manager by the name of Prenaven explaining my concerns however his attitude towards me was disgusting told me he does care, he is the owner and doesnt not care becoming rude speaking on top of his voice. Businesses like these should be closed down and not supported. I wonder how he runs his business with this attitude and behavior.
