Terrible, pathetic so called staff and manager

This is a terrible place to have anything done. I bought a voucher on hyperli and the lady told me it's an hour full body massage, and 30 minutes for an indian head massage and 30 minutes 4 a facial. A facial is supposed to be smooth and calming but this lady was so rough she nearly took the skin off my face. She was rude and not even helpful. We went in at 12:30 and was out at 13:40. You people cheated us and I'll make sure everyone knows about your *****ed business. I emailed the so called manager immediately and she still hasnt gotten back to me yet. Absolutely terrible and it was in a backyard and you could hear everyones conversations. This is no professional business. People stay away. Stay far away.
