To Anyone currently managed/considering Rubrix as an Agent.

Rubrix have failed for over three months to adequately manage municipal payments, we have been disconnected for the 3rd consecutive time in a three-month period from Ekurhuleni due to non-payment, even for a complex that uses pre-paid electricity and water meters - Rubrix is still un-able to manage municipal payments, they would much rather prioritize gate renovations that still have not completed in over a year that have cost in the million! - The level of honesty from the agent is also concerning, as they would much rather use excuses and unfounded statement to detract from the truth.
