RUBIX REAL ESTATE *******

I live in a complex that Rubix Real Estate (RRE) bills for water, however last month (October) my bill jumped to R2700 from paying less than R300 a month for a 2 bedroom unit occupied by 2 people who are not home from 7:30-17:00, we have no water leaks that could result to this amount of money. I was given Ruan's from RREnumber by a member of the body corporate to quiry with, but he doesn't answer my calls nor does he return any of my calls. My fellow tenant her water bill is almost R10000 for 3 months bill, she also could not through to this Ruan-***. I haven't paid my water bill, November bill is R3400 incl October. I want to pay my bill but I need a break down & see my readings. But since my calls are not answered.... I hope they will not cut off my water. This is frustrating.
