Pricing error

Today the 28th of January 2016 around 4:30 pm myself and 2 family members went into rubitex to purchase fabric. We spoke to a salesman by the name of Rayaan .. Which firstly had major attitude he was very unprofessional... We asked what the prices were and he told us that all the prices on then materials was old prices ... He informed us that there was a price increase yesterday but all the fabric was tagged on the old prices.. Me as a customer expect to pay the price I see on the items... And it wasn't only one of the items it was half of the shop that had the old prices on the material tags ... When I told the guy that's not acceptable and his response was \there's nothing I can do about it .. We asked to speak to the manager but he refused to see us ... This is unacceptable and very unprofessional .. The new consumer policy states that u pay the price u see. if they never changed the prices in time .. It's not the customers fault
