bad service from reception to director

<p>Everything is try to call Rubicon I can never get hold of anyone there and when I do eventually it takes them up ton 2 weeks to send me a quote and when they eventrally send it then it's wrong. What is happening there are ypu making too much money or something. Then I call for the manager to make a complaint and he doesn't take my call and doesn't return my call. The next day I call for the managing director and he doesn't seem to care either. So this is my thoughts, Rubicon today you've lost a client, I've always used and recommended you everywhere I've worked but not anymore.</p>
