Extremely Disappointed!!!

After sales service is nonexistent. I purchased 4 complete units, Inverter, batteries,solar panels etc. Had to pay them for their technician to come out to site to test the unit. After testing the unit found out the batteries were the issue. I had to arrange for the batteries to be removed and dropped off at their offices and only then were the replacement batteries ordered. It’s been almost 3 months since then. Only when I query I get some sort of silly response. I was told that it would be replaced by the latest in August. I’m still waiting.
