Uber don't deliver service.

I'm so disappointed with Uber. I have tried to use them on numerous occasions to no avail. On the app it gives my Oops something wrong when choosing. Credit card. I wrote emails, messages ect to Uber to have them asking for screenshot of problem. Came back and said used different pay method. Hallo. Uber. I tried. Been 4 different occasions now that I need Uber desperately and with silly season around the corner gone need them. I can see all the drivers around me but can't get them. Also 1 of the calls I were charged for but Uber never rocked up. They say they checked my acc and all is fine. It's not fine. I. cant get Uber to accept any kind of payment, at all. All the emails, screenshots and app messages has resulted in still, NOTHING. Please Uber help me out here.
