Late (or no) Feedback

I stay in Oakleaves Village in Bloemfontein, but work out of town and am only in Bloemfontein on weekends. For the past three months I have to phone Rubermic every time I want my account, as they deliver the account to the flat. I have to phone them at least three times every month to get a satisfactory response, as they simply could not be bothered to answer emails<br> <br> This is both very frustrating as well as VERY unprofesional
