Cheap, and not without a reason

Made it clear in 3 communications, from a distance, that I want everything cleared from a unit, no matter how small or big, but specifically 2 heavy potplants. Promised me it was done. Not so, potplants still there. Clearly too heavy for them. No response from owner.
