RubberRoofs doesn't want my business

I wanted a quote to rubber coat my Braai room but Erin said this:

"I do apologize for the delay, we were having some issues with our mailing system. We will unfortunately not be able to quote you for only the Braai Room, as the surface area of the roof is too small to be covered by our warranty."

What does this even mean? It doesn't seem like these people want to do business with the small individual, although they advertise on Google. Don't waste your time with these guys!
