RubberRoofs 10 year warranty

We had our roof sealed and painted by RubberRoofs three years ago. We chose this company as they advertise a 10 year warranty on their work. The initial work seemed very well done. Unfortunately we developed a leak during July 2024. It took numerous calls and emails, but a representative from the company finally did a roof inspection in March 2025. He confirmed that there are repairs needed and these will be covered under warranty. Since then I have been in contact with them weekly. After numerous emails, WhatsApp messages and phone calls, there has been no resolution, just empty promises from the area manager. It is quite clear that this company will not honour their warranty as advertised.
