A company running away with my deposit

I searched the company online and got a quotation for repairs. The sales lady really pushed their “10-year warranty” and promised excellent workmanship and customer service. They also insisted on a 70 percent deposit before any work could begin. Once I paid, everything went downhill. For four months I was sent from pillar to post with excuse after excuse. When I eventually got frustrated and asked for my deposit back, they apologised and blamed “supply issues” but still avoided actually refunding me. To this day, I still haven’t received my money. Be warned. The website looks great, the sales pitch sounds perfect, but once they have your deposit you may get no service at all.
