Bad and shoddy workmanship

This company was commissioned by our complex in the period of 2021/'22 and we've been experiencing the worst leakage since they worked on our roofs and all we get from the is pushing the problem and distancing themselves,it's as if after being paid the guarantee fell off the and they are dragging their feet,They stripped the existing rubber which was worn off and didn't fill the cracks underneath and.went on to lay this roofing which is now causing more damage to our walls as the leaks are sipping ng through,I'm so disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️
