Disgusting Service - rather I should say NO SERVICE

Angela Hartman does not respond to calls, emails, etc. I have a 20 year warranty that I need her to repair my Waterproofing - absolutely no response. This business is a disgrace and I'm hearing that others have the same experience. I am interested to know if others have this experience. I have been trying to contact this woman for > 4 months.
