Disgusting

Totally disgusted. I went my son, his people could not do the accounts correctly. First wrong person, Wrong ICD codes Then claimed as in hospital Then wrong person. This carried on till medical aid funds were finished. I spoke to him when I got to see him. But he refuses to speak to me, He has changed account people. Now I am the bad person. Client service is disgusting. Accounting is disgusting.

Very disappointed in how they treat people when His Staff can't do the work.
