Heartbroken & Disgusted

It's been 1 year and 2 months since my wedding. I have not received my photo album, my correctly edited pictures and I am not able to get in contact with Ruan Harding as he is purposefully ignoring all my calls, emails, whatsapp and any ways of trying to communicate with him. We purchased the top package from Ruan Harding Photography for our wedding day which included 2 photographers, pictures of bride and groom getting ready, pictures of close/special family members, a photo album and a short wedding video. We did not receive any of this. On the day of my wedding only 1 photographer (Ruan himself) arrived, because of this he was not able to get any pictures of the groom getting ready and the pictures of the bride were very rushed. After providing Ruan with a list of family members we would like to have in the family photographs (as he requested) we still did not have any pictures of some important family members. After asking us which part of the day we would like to have included in the video, we received no video. Once I received my digital pictures I saw that they were not in the editing style that I had previously agreed on with Ruan (Dark and moody) but actually looked as though they had not been edited at all. At this point we had been nothing but kind and understanding with Ruan but it's from here that he started to completely ignore our attempts to communicate with him. We eventually phoned him on my husbands cell phone and because he didn't recognize the number he answered and assured us that our edited images were almost complete and we would have them very soon in a day or 2. Since then he is ignoring my husband's calls too. We have posted on his Facebook page where he is still doing wedding photography and our posts are just ignored or deleted so the public can't see them. We have started a case with the CPA and various other organizations who have told us that because he is ignoring their emails and attempts to contact him there is not much they can do. For a bride this is absolutely heartbreaking. I am at a loss for words and what actions to take next. Ruan Harding has ****** from us as he took our full payment and has delivered nothing. He has ****** our money. I would not ever recommend using Ruan Harding Photography to anyone as I wouldn't want to put this kind of a situation onto any bride regarding their special wedding day. I still have hope that he will make things right and send us the raw images so that we can take it to another photographer to edit them but until he has a change of heart I sit with no album, no video, special family missing from our wedding pictures and unedited pictures in a style I did not want. Disappointed does not even begin to express how I feel.
