RTMC- A pleasant experience

This CoT driver's license renewal office in my experience, must be the only local Government office that functions perfectly. We are pensioners and uncertain where to go. An official at inquiries took us to the correct office. It took us less than 30 minutes to renew our driver's licenses. The personnel was friendly, helpful, and competent and treated us with respect. They gave us a telephone number to call and find out what the progress was. The offices are in an office block, with ample parking. It was very clean and neat. After 2 weeks I called to find out when our licenses would be ready. The gentleman answered in very good English. He was friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained to us that the License card printer was faulty (again) and promised that he would call us when the licenses were ready for collection. I honestly never expected that he would keep his promise. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call 3-4 weeks later to inform us that the licenses were ready for collection. Upon arrival, we were taken straight to the correct official. in less than 20 minutes we were on our way home. I want to congratulate the management, personnel from heads of departments, right down to the cleaners that keep the bathrooms beautifully clean and smelling nice. You guys at RTMC gave me hope for the future of our beautiful country
