Juan Roux, Rtec, Really?

Juan Roux from Rtec came to our house and gave us several quotations for different options, including Vibracrete. He came accross very helpful, friendly, and prompt but all of that just stopped after we payed him a required deposit of R25,000 to start with building our vibracrete wall.

He basically sent in two workers that started taking everything apart and then they left a whole mess and just dissappeared. Then after complaining about the mess at the house Juan came to inspect and gave us soppy story of how he fired two of his men because they were *****ing from him. He assured us everything would go smoothly now.

It didn't.

Lie, after lie, promise after promise he broke, and we're still without our wall. It's been more than a month. During this time he fired two of his foremans for *****ing from him. His dad ( who works with him/for him) had a heart attack. Today his car broke down. This guy just knows how to play you, and does it good. He says he'll call, he doesn't. He says he'll be onsite, he doesn't come. We haven't had activity on this site for weeks on end, and he keeps on promising us that tomorrow he'll be there, this and that. When you phone him he never answers. He only answers emails and watsapp and text messages.
