BALERT: Worst contruction and service delivery.

The worst service imaginable. It appears to me that Juan Roux and his father are calculated, manipative pathological ***** and *******. I have never experienced a company take a very large amount of a customer’s money, work without munical plans being approved, build pullars that then have to be rebuilt, dig a hole, leave the sand, and then disappear. An utter disgrace. But thanks to social media, and community awareness and action. Karma!
