RCT Training Centre - Bad Review

I took a short course right after school with RTC Training Centre, then known as Renet's Training Centre. I finished the course in May successfully. A YEAR later I had to request my certificate a few times as they had not sent it to me yet. In 2016, I relocated and lost the certificate. Now (2019), I contacted the centre requesting they resend me the certificate. By law any training centre needs to keep record of the certificates. I requested the certificate 3 weeks ago. I emailed them, I whatsapped the trainer (every second day), I called her x3 times. I had to numerously give THEM the info (my name, ID, type of course & date course was completed). After 2 weeks of requesting continuously, the trainer sends me a whatsapp saying she "forgot" to mention that they charge R200 to send the certificate again. I swallowed my anger and paid them 2 days later. They then sent me a certificate with my ID number incorrect, the type of course is incorrect, the training centre registration is not on it and the certificate looks like a 2 minute child's fabrication. I sent them a message expressing my disappointment. This has been a week ago and I have not received ANY feedback. Unprofessional to say the least.
