Lack of integrity

This company (Paul Ross in particular) has no idea of customer service and appears to show no integrity in even attempting to keep their word. We purchased an item from their catalogue in 2019 and they have both failed to deliver and failed to credit our account. I find this sort of business approach akin too theft and would not suggest to anyone else to make use of their company
