Last year i was approached that there are contracts that need vans in Bloemfontein, then i decided to took mine there it did have a canopy but they agreed it can come they have one, and was told it will be sharing the route with the other van for two months, they will relieve each other in 2 weeks which never happened as mine was on the road every day, was introduced to a guy Petrus truck contract- called Mhlekazi who received the contracts from DSV where my van was working as per the tracker report. My van start working @ DSV on the 5th October but never received payment for that month lots of stories were told by Petrus, following month November was paid only 8000 i questioned why so little whilst i can see my van is on the road most of the time as per tracker, i requested a contract and ask how much is a flat rate, he sent me a paper can't even call it a contract as it was not detailed i refuse to sign it. Then he told me flat rate is 33000, i told him to give me a breakdown why i end up getting 8000, he just told me they pay driver 6500 & fuel/ diesel 12 500, i wasn't happy with fuel price i asked for slip he promise that will get them for next month but still didn't understand where's is the balance of 6000 going. I kept queit because he was complaining to the guy who introduced me to him that i asked too much questions then December there was no payment but received it on the 6th January 8000 after questioning him am i not getting payment for December, i fought with him because since wasn't happy with the money i'm getting whilst the van is working too much there, he was furious and telling me that we don't have a good working relationship it's better they bring back my van then i agree but i said to him will send people there he mustn't worry, and my van was working on the day we were having disagreements it parked so late but not on DSV where it normal park during the week, it was parked on his yard he told me that he want to remove the canopy. I was so disappointed because lot's of things were changed in my van and he claimed that it wasn't in good condition when it arrived to him have pictures of the time it went there and now so much disappointed how can he say that. He started to insult me when my guys took it because they also wanted more answers from him as he took the van to the street where they were waiting and promise to come back but never did. I felt like i was ********** by this want more answers here because he insulted me and block my number. And my van is taking out a black smoking, some of the parts were changed too. Please assist me.
