Bad Service

I brought my inveter to you 2 weeks ago and and when I contacted last week Thursday you were supose to phone back but did not so I had to do it a second time on Friday where you then told me the inverter was done and that there is no cost. When I collected it you wanted to give the the wrong one. Then you could not find mine and after me showing you the inverter on your shelf you just said it is unrepairable.

When I dropped it of the inverter was disasembled and I showed you the fault, a blown capasetar. Your technition said he would need to reaseble the inverter before he can test it and this was never done. I collecte dit in the same wat it was delivered.

You did not even test it, just said it was unreparable.

The tecnition even asked if I want it back or if I only need the serial number when I said I needed a letter for insurance.

It cost me R10 to buy a capasterter and now it is working.

Bad service!!!!
