incomplete swimming pool, yet full payment was made

<p>We entered into a concract with RT-Pools and Projects in beginning of September 2016, after full payments was made, never came back to complete my pool. From date he started my pool, he was hardly ever on site, would only drop of workers, sometimes without any tools or materials. They would leave my yard in such a mess, not cleaning up after themselves. Was complete nightmare working with RT-Pools and Projects.</p>
