told to vacade building as i enquired about the extra charges

<p>having being a tenant on a building for almost 2 years, under midcity, a new agency was taking over. this took place without us the tenants being notofoed or informed of the change. month end out of frustration, we didnt know where to pay as no communication was sent.</p> <p>at the moment, im being told that im in arrears. having called the new agency, the lady, Nadia, she was very rude and never gave ame a chance to talk instaed she kept on saying that she will charge me for any payment received late. this never happeneded while with midcity. she the went on to say im welcomed to vacade the building if i do not hear what she was saying to me. this was of such dissapointment from an agency that is new in the market and not heeding to clients complaints.</p> <p>i think RSV should close their doors as no complaint is being attended to and all faults ignored. all they hurry us to do is to pay rent and thats it. very dissapoined and disgusted by this agency.</p>
