Un-qualified security guards

On Saturday 24 October 2015 @ 17h30<br> I was drivin into the residents entrance and i noticed a pedestrian walking in my cars blind spot and sneaking into the gate. The pedestrian ran away into the Estate before I could ask any questions. I immediately reported it to security who was helping at the visitor gate. The security guard refused to accept the complaint, refused to give me his name and couldn't recite the Estate rules. He then began shouting at me.
