RECKLESS DRIVING - BAD ATTITUDE

This damn idiot employee of yours is lucky I was in a rush. We were at a robot turning onto Malabongwe drive, I had my indicator to turn right and he had none. he proceed to drive at 2km per hour holding everyone up so as I went to slip past and turn he sped up and almost crashed into me and I had to swerve into the oncoming traffic a little. When I got next to him he was on his cellphone not watching the road at all. I took pictures of him on his cellphone but could not get the Reg number as he slowed down everytime I tried. we then turned off by Belair shopping centre and he got off his phone and I shouted to him that he will be reported, all I got in response was that \I am security
