Not worth getting these guys to install your alarm

Almost a month, and numerous callbacks later, a very simple and straight-forward installation is finally completed. <br> Or so I thought...... Turns out the LED's they installed outside my house to indicate if the alarm is active or not are as much use as a candle in a blizzard - totally invisible, yet RSS very gladly takes your money for this.<br> They also fail to provide me with an installation certificate for insurance after numerous requests.
