EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE & INCOMPETENCE

I have been a client for +/-7yrs. Terrific company until ><br> <br> Since Oct.15 the service from all areas (mamagement, controlroom, reaction guards, response) has been terrible!<br> <br> In Oct.15, I, a female in my 50's was left to chase off intruders attacking a tenant & response only arriived 1/2 an hr later (2 vehicles) & were reluctant to check the property or perimeter despite my staff accompanying them. <br> <br> Nov.15 repsonse time was almost an hour - \Moses\" met me at the gate then left without bothering for a password or to check property.<br> <br> Dec.15 sent an SMS by RSS saying my alarm unit was faulty! No repsonse to calls for repairs or activated alarms during Dec & Jan. <br> <br> Several attempts to discuss the situation with management or anyone! \"We will call you back\" Never happened.<br> <br> Technician sent mid Jan.16 & system still didn't work! Until just recently but intermittently! Than Interactive Security responded to an alam? yesterday?<br> <br> I have tried to cancel RSS since 29th Jan. Still no one has confirmed my cancellation & are instead sending other security companies to respond to an alarrm!<br> <br> DO NOT ENGAGE THIS COMPANY! SINCE ITS AMALGAMATION WITH TACTICAL YOUR GARDENER/**** IS BETTER SECURITY!"
