Double billing and billing queries

I joined the Fourways camera security project in Fourways. They initially debited me the correct month. Then suddenly I was double debited. They acknowledge but nothing was done. In February 2016 they then debited me for annual aerial licence which was on my wife's contract and in March double debited me again for the camera project. RSS accounting department seems incapable of sorting out their account errors. They have promised me that they will sort it out and get back to me but to date no joy. In my opinion this company is run by a bunch of clowns and I would caution anyone joining up with this company.
