Could you be any less helpful

The guards at our complex sit shouting most evenings/mornings. They will shout until 12am some nights and start shouting at 5am in the mornings. I have made security aware of this and nothing has happened. Angelo keeps wanting to meet for some reason however he cancelled 2 meetings and the 3rd never pitched, and we never heard anything again. They are still shouting and keeping us awake but nothing is being done and Angelo is not even trying to assist.
