Good day

I've had three instances now where RSS's control centre for emergency reporting, rings and does not get answered.

I had an armed ******* at my house a while back, and couldn't get through to RSS. Over the past two weeks, it's taken me quite a few re-dials before getting through. Then, if one happens to fortunately encounter a line that does give you the voice prompts, you have to go through a process to get through to emergency services. The operators take very long to take down your name & address.

Suggestions:
1. Have additional lines installed & fault reporting if one dedicated line is out of service
2. Should a line be out of service, then you need some notification system to your technicians & management, & members
3. Re-route your emergency control centre to a dedicated line - people should be able to access emergency centre very effortlessly, without having to wait for voice prompt. We should be able to quote a number with a link to our files containing details, as most of the operators battle with English.

SECONDS CAN SAVE LIVES!
What is going to be done? Your response will determine my termination of contract on grounds of breach.
