Refuses to refund

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to warn people about this company called road surfaces and plant hire group with offices at a house in Kempton Park. The sales/ owner called Alvin asked for a deposit from me and never delivered and just kept silent. The guy doesnt pick up calls at all and he just said he will refund.</p> <p>That company is *****ing from people hence be aware before doing business with that guy called Alvin</p>
