Be Aware

I Contracted RSP Group to do my Paving. Dealt with Shepard. Make sure you cross all your T's and dot your I's. Job took a month to complete because most of the time he only had 2 workers on my site. 1 experienced and the other no experienced(Malawians). Paid him for bricks and on delivery they all were not delivered. Came up with an excuse that the pricing changed and would not supply me with the invoice from the supplier as it was between him and the manager. He under calculated my area to be paved as well. Constantly asked me for cash for fuel and to pay his staff when it was agreed 50% on start of project and the rest after completion. And he nags you for it. Will even send you messages over the weekend which is unprofessional. His workers even complained to me that he was not paying them yet he asked me for money for labor. He used my grinder and my extension cords until I refused for him to use them because they over used the grinder. I had to hire equipment on his behalf because he said his equipment was not working. I did it because I wanted the job completed. Eventually when the job was completed and he supp**** me with the invoice and he did not put all the deductions of the payments I made and that he said we will deduct he kept denying what needed to be deducted. As well the bricks not delivered which he was aware of he said that was a pricing issue(Bull). Very unprofessional. Rather look for a reputable company.
