Very dissatisfied customer

I found this company by way of a Facebook Edenvale Community advert and contacted Reagan regarding my fridge that needed repairs. The problem with the fridge was that the fridge section wasn't cold enough, but the freezer was working fine. After Reagan worked on my fridge in December I came back from being away for 2 weeks to find that now only the fridge light was working. All the food in my fridge and freezer had gone bad. He charged me R3 100 in total for servicing the fridge and replacing the condenser which I have since learned was way more than it should have cost. I contacted him and asked that he at least refund me some of the money and kept getting excuses from him.
