RSD ROLLER SHUTTER DOOR - WORST SERVICE EVER

we called them out to fit in a motor in March on our Roller shutter door.They completed the job. on 06/12/2021 the motor broke and we couldn't close the door (and this is our main door). they said they closed their Durban office but will send someone out. been calling them everyday they just ignore my calls. Today is 09/12/2021, I went on their site requesting a quote with in 10 minutes I was contacted. Just shows they want money but are not interested in their back up service or warranty.
