DON'T use this business!!

These guys took our perfectly fine working gate arm for a service, after a week we were told that the motor now wasn't working and we needed to buy a new motor. We said that they should bring back the old motor the way it is and that we are not going buy a new motor. We have now been trying to get the motor back from them since 4 January 2022. They are now ignoring us completely. Wouldn't recommend them, bunch of ******.
