R190 DEDUCTED OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT BY RSA SEARCH WITHOUT MY PERMISSION ON 16 MAY 2020, 2 YEARS AFTER I CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION WITH RSA SEARCH

I cancelled my subscription with RSA Search in June 2018. My debit order was cancelled in June 2018. On Saturday, 16 May 2020, nearly 2 years later RSA Search deducted R190,00 from my bank account without my persmission. This amount was ********ly taken out of my bank account without my persmission. Calling them on the landline the phone goes to voice message, I left a voice message, I have send several e-mails and got no reply.
