BAD SERVICE

I am not impressed with the service of RSA repatrian services, they call themselves repatriation experts but on the 13th September 2022 I did not see any expertise about their service. I claimed repatriation of the remains of my uncle from Bloemfontein to Marquard from Sanlam (FMS), and sanlam provided me with a service provider by the name of RSA REPTRIATION SERVICES. The driver was supposed to collect the body from Universitas Academic Hospital and also help me with all the papers including death certificate as per arrangement done by sanlam FMS department. However I would like to thank Nomusa Mavundla from Sanlam FMS. She did a very good job, she was compassionate and understanding, and did all the arrangements in time and professionaly I say BIG UP to her. As for the driver of RSA repatriation Services PHUMLANI and his boss, their service sucks big time, they forgot a document that was supposed to be in their possession for us to get the death certificate. They did not communicate well to make us see reason or understand and appologise instead they just rushed us without understanding our position as a family that I the person who signed as an informant must go back to Welkom. From collecting the body from the Hospital he filled all the necessary documents and took us to Home affairs for the death certificate which on arrival the home affairs official requested him to provide a certain paper so that we can get help an he failed to produce it. HE said nothing instead we waited for a very long time there at home affairs with the body of my uncle waiting outside in their vehicle eventually his boss called promising that I must not worry he will take care of it in Marquard , that its a long story, blah blah blah and we left without getting death certificate for my uncle, now I have to travel to Marquard so that the other service provider where the remains of my uncle is kept in Marquard to help me get the death certificate. What an inconvenience, Unnecessary Expences and time delaying as we intended to bury our loved one this weekend. We don't know if we will be able to do that because we haven't claimed from local society and or any insurance company due to Not getting the death certificate in time. The lacked communications and to show compassion to the aggrieved family.
