RSA Removals passing the buck on poor packaging

We are very disappointed in the way we have been treated after we submitted a list of items that broke as a result of poor packaging of our belongings.Items were forced into containers and into the truck and broke because of this.We phoned to say that we will report the items and were told that we can do so.We were never told that we would not have a legitimate claim.After we reported the broken items as a result of the incompetence of some of the RSA staff we were told that it is not their problem.They made us sound like opportunists when in fact they could not even handle my belongings with care even though it was marketed to us in this manner. Some of our glass items were not even wrapped (even though it is marketed this way). We understand the difference between Transit Insurance and All Risk Liability Insurance (we did not take out this cover due to another misunderstanding). We do however not understand how a removal company can promise to do everything in their ability to take care of your belongings and then clearly don't.It seems that these days you have to take insurance for *********** companies and their staff.RSA Removals you passed the buck and we are disappointed.
