Don't even bother usong RSA Removals

Don't bother getting RSA Removals to move your home. We were very disappointed in their service and their attitude.

They seem like a good company to handle your move, are well priced, but from the word go they didn't respect our goods or us. They were 3 hours late, started to pack the truck at 12:00 in the afternoon and took 8 hours to finish. By the time they were finished it was to late for us to drive through to our new destination with 2 toddlers and left us stranded in an empty house for the evening.

Our furniture were damaged, crockery broken, appliances dented...the list goes on.

To top things of, when we complained to RSA Removals, their attitude were a mere "nod of the head", telling us they take note of the situation. Apparently the driver and packers will get a slap on the wrist. If you do not take out insurance on your goods, be sure to get NO help or even sympathy from RSA removals.
